**Responsibilities of a sales Coordinator**
- Act as a bridge between Sales Team and other Departments of the Company.
- Provide backend support to Sales Team and Distribution Partners to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Ensuring high quality, and up to date support material to the Sales Team and Channel Partners.
- Attending and answering trade queries, informing them of delays (if any), Sharing Delivery Status of Stocks, arranging delivery schedules etc.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Maintain up to date sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.
- Check the Travel claims of the staff and organize speedy dispersal.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- BBA/PG diploma in Business Administration Preferred.

**Required Skills**:

- Possess strong Communication and Customer service skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team development and leadership skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

**Experience**:

- 3+ or more years’ experience in sales coordination.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

**Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month
