**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive Physics lessons for Classes 11 & 12 as per the CBSE syllabus.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.
- Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (JEE, NEET, etc.), and other assessments.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Maintain discipline and manage the classroom effectively.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field.
- B.Ed. (preferred) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and exam patterns.
- Experience in coaching students for competitive exams (JEE, NEET) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital teaching tools.
