**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths, and EVS that cater to the learning needs of Grade 1 and 2 students.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching strategies that promote curiosity and conceptual understanding.
- Prepare lesson plans in line with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and active learning.
- Use a variety of teaching aids and resources including digital tools, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
- Maintain records of student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Conduct periodic assessments and support remedial learning as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure overall development of the students.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
