DigmLabs Inc. is looking for a talented and creative Junior Graphics Designer to join our innovative team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic start-up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing graphics for web, social media, print, and other digital platforms using Adobe Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- **Branding**: Assist in developing and maintaining the visual identity of the company across all platforms.
- **Social Media Content**: Design engaging social media posts, banners, and promotional materials that align with our brand strategy.
- **Collaborative Projects**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce creative designs that enhance our messaging and campaigns.
- **Video Editing (Optional)**: If skilled, assist in basic video editing tasks to create promotional videos, tutorials, and other multimedia content.
- **Adaptability**: Be open to performing various design-related tasks and contribute creatively to different projects as needed in a fast-paced start-up environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong creative flair with a good understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and refine designs based on team input.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience or internships in graphic design (not mandatory).
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and how design supports marketing goals.
