Structured hybrid role:
Introduction
Hands on technical experience, hands-on Salesforce development. Lead technical engineer for the team working closely with senior developers, Product Owners & Domain Architects. Work across Engineering teams. Produce a high volume of quality code, and to serve as the primary custodian of Architecture guidance for the team.
Senior code author and craftsman, this engineer will be responsible for code delivery in a timely and accurate fashion, and the overall review and guidance of sprint and epic goals. This engineer is expected to be well read and constantly identifying new technology and techniques for introduction into. Capable of leading a team of 20% developers. Coding & Design Expectation - 80% of time.

What will you be doing?
- Hands on experience in service cloud features like OMNI channel, Live Agent chat
- Hands-on expertise of salesforce lightening Aura and LWC components
- Very strong skills in Salesforce development technologies including;Advanced Apex (Triggers, Dynamic Apex) Advanced Visual force, Javascript,
- Integration (both real time and batch) via SOAP and BULK API, Apex Callouts
- Data migration using Apex data loader and other data loading tool
- Knowledge of a structured change environment, for example in Banking, financial services or with a Fintech
- Salesforce Developer certifications preferred
- Good grasping power to learn new things quickly and to understand the Client's requirements.
- Translate simple to complex user requirements into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment
- Experience with GIT
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Design and deliver Salesforce solutions for CRM
- Hands-on development of various components and configurations within salesforce
- Mentor junior developers on architecture, design and development
- Work with cross-functional IT teams to build strategic architecture and design
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Integrate testing methodologies and DevOps process into the development practices
- Work in an agile development team to deliver software projects
- Experience in Test Driven Development

- Should be good at writing best code considering the time & space complexity.

ï‚- Should be able to troubleshoot performance issues.

ï‚- Can describe existing technology across all major functions/departments and has a comprehensive grasp of emerging technologies (including cloud).

ï‚- Understands different project methodologies, project lifecycles, major phases, dependencies and milestones within a project, and the required documentation needs.

ï‚- Design Patterns and Enterprise integration patterns.

ï‚- Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.

ï‚- Have ability to drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle.

ï‚- Have delivered successful enterprise-class products to market.

ï‚- Experience with automation at all levels of software development.

ï‚- Configuration Management and Software Deployment Automation

ï‚- Skills to work effectively in distributed team environment.

ï‚- Graduate/Post Graduate.
