**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily surveillance of all franchisee outlets across India using CCTV systems to ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Regularly check and review recorded footage for any irregularities or incidents, ensuring a prompt response to any issues observed.
- Perform playback checks of recorded footage as needed to investigate specific incidents, customer complaints, or non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to cross-check and validate customer complaints against CCTV footage, providing evidence as necessary.
- Report on non-compliance issues or incidents observed during monitoring. Document findings and recommend corrective actions to management.

**Qualifications**:

- HSC or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic mail drafting knowledge.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
