**Job Title: CCTV Installation and Maintenance Technician**

**Job Location**: Navi Mumbai

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure CCTV cameras and related security equipment according to customer specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CCTV equipment, wiring, and software.
- Perform software updates and system upgrades on CCTV equipment as required.
- Ensure proper integration of CCTV systems with other security systems (e.g., alarms, access control).
- Provide clients with user training on how to operate and maintain their CCTV systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and repairs.
- Work closely with the project manager to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies when handling electrical and technical equipment.
- Respond to service calls and resolve any customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all work areas are left clean and free of hazards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV equipment, network systems, and wiring.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related components.
- Familiarity with security software and networking configurations (including IP cameras).
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with both analog and IP-based CCTV systems.
- Knowledge of remote monitoring and cloud-based security systems.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial.
