**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Stores & Inventory Management**:

- Supervise all stores activities, including receiving, stocking, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Implement best practices in stores management to ensure optimal material flow and minimise wastage.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Production Support**:

- Coordinate with production teams to plan and schedule material requirements.
- Maintain effective communication between stores and shop floor staff.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of production and stores staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and quality standards.
- **Vendor Coordination & Logistics**:

- Liaise with external vendors for procurement and delivery of materials.
- Support day-to-day logistics and facilitate smooth operations across departments.
- Minimum **5 years**of hands-on experience in stores handling, inventory management, and team supervision (preferably in a manufacturing setup).
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems/ERP software is advantageous.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
