**Finance Officer**

**Media Donuts India** | **Full Time**

**Responsibilities**
- Record daily financial transactions in our ERP system.
- Daily Bank reconciliation and collection management
- Liaising with internal and external accounting team for reconciliation and monthly closing
- Prepare accruals and prepaid expenses monthly.
- Invoices issuance and account receivables reconciliation.
- Prepare and manage vendor’s payments cycle.
- Manage travel and expense reports reimbursement.
- Additional responsibilities for special projects as they arise.

- Deep Knowledge of bookkeeping and AP/AR accounting principles - must
- English at an advanced level (both spoken and written) - must
- Experience with ERP system - NetSuite is an advantage
- Multitasking with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Spreadsheets or Excel.
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy.
- Professionalism and organization skills.
