**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all concrete-related activities on site including formwork, reinforcement, mixing, pouring, curing, and finishing.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocates tasks to workers ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Ensure proper use of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials for efficient productivity.
- Check formwork, reinforcement, and shuttering before concrete pouring to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality of concrete mix, placement, compaction, and finishing.
- Maintain site records of manpower, materials, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Quality team for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and company policies.
- Train and guide workers for effective execution of concrete works.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
