Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mines Foreman located in Hyderabad. The Mines Foreman will oversee and manage daily mining operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include supervising the workforce, managing the operation of heavy equipment, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, and coordinating work activities to achieve production targets. The foreman will also assess risks, communicate efficiently with team members, and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead mine workers effectively.
• Knowledge and experience with Heavy Equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with team members and reporting.
• Basic Carpentry and Maintenance skills to perform minor fixes and manage equipment upkeep.
• Familiarity with mining regulations, safety standards, and operational planning.
• Relevant certification or diploma in mining engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Practical experience in a mining or similar industrial environment.
