**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for videos, reels, ads, presentations, and other digital content.
- Collaborate with video editors, creative teams, and content strategists to develop visual concepts.
- Translate scripts, storyboards, and rough concepts into engaging visual assets.
- Create 2D animations, text animations, transitions, lower-thirds, infographics, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools.
- Work within brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Corel Draw; knowledge of Blender/Cinema 4D is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in video editing and sound syncing.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and requirements.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a bonus.
