Cctv Control Room Operator

**Monitor Surveillance Cameras**: Continuously observe live video feeds from multiple CCTV cameras to identify and report any unusual activities or security breaches.
- **Record and Document Events**: Maintain accurate records of incidents, including time, date, and nature of activities observed, and report to security management as needed.
- **Respond to Alerts**: Act promptly to alerts or alarms triggered by the surveillance system, coordinating with security personnel or law enforcement as required.
- **Conduct Regular System Checks**:Ensure that all cameras and monitoring equipment are functioning properly, and report any technical issues to the appropriate personnel.
- **Communicate Effectively**:Relay information regarding incidents to security teams and assist in coordinating responses.
- **Review Recorded Footage**:Analyze and review recorded video footage as necessary for investigations or audits.
- **Maintain Confidentiality**:Handle all information related to security operations with discretion and confidentiality.
- **Adhere to Protocols**: Follow established protocols for emergency situations and participate in drills or training as required.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring software; basic troubleshooting skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to notice subtle changes in video feeds and document them accurately.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting incidents and collaborating with team members.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
