**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO & SEM Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic ranking.
- Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
- Analyze website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Create and manage social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions and inquiries.
- **Content Marketing**:

- Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
- **Paid Advertising & Lead Generation**:

- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Track conversion rates and optimize ads for better ROI.
- Implement remarketing strategies.
- **Website & E-Commerce Management**:

- Ensure website is up to date, mobile-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Collaborate with web developers for UI/UX enhancements.
- Manage online product listings and e-commerce platforms if applicable.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving digital strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
