We are seeking an **IGCSE Edexcel Coordinator.**

We are looking for a dynamic leader with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Who will work with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team to establish the organization's strategic direction and implement the steps necessary to achieve the School’s short and long-term goals.

**Roles and Responsibilities include**:

- Support, monitor and evaluate quality implementation of pedagogy, curriculum, and programs
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors to create and implement a strategic plan and long-term vision
- To implement IGCSE policy and strategic plans
- To effectively promote the international curriculum among the approaching crowd and convert them into business
- To contribute to the presentation and promotion of the program within and outside the school.
- To keep complete records on Edexcel’s published resources and distribute them as necessary to all concerned.
- To Interact with Pearson Edexcel for assessment needs and coordinate for examination activities.
- To liaise with the Principal to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum to specified classes including selecting resources and managing them efficiently in the classroom.
- To keep the Director of the school informed on a regular basis regarding the program developments.
- Should have an ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload
- **Communication**
- Oversee effective marketing, communications, and outreach through web, print, and social media to maintain and increase the school’s visibility
- Communicate achievements, progress, and milestones to the school community.
- To communicate with the parent community and provide comprehensive information on the program.

**Position Qualifications**

Bachelor’s Degree/Masters degree in a related field combined with 5+ years of educational leadership experience with IGCSE curriculum.
