**Requirements**:
Years of Experience - 6-8 years
Strong in client communication and Stakeholder management.
Strong experience with HP ALM, JIRA, or other test and defect management tools.
**Responsibilities**:
Expertise in master planning, Demand planning, Consensus planning and supply planning processes must
Experience in capacity planning, & distribution planning processes desired.
Exposure to any Automation tool and test scripts execution.
Good understanding of data model for BY Platform, Demand, ESP and different features within good understanding of BY Demand configurations
Exposure to Warehouse Management process as desired
Able to lead testing activities on one large project or multiple smaller projects, including delivery of test strategy, test plan, and test status.
Delivery experience leading projects through a standard software testing methodology (test planning, test scope identification, test case development, test execution, and defect management).
Strong experience with HP ALM / JIRA, or other test and defect management tools.
Demonstrates leadership accountability for testing on the projects assigned and have good stakeholder management.
Exhibits confident, tactful oral communication with peers and IT leaders.
Develops and delivers formal written communication to IT and Business leaders with support from QA Manager.
Experience in supporting business users in User Acceptance Testing phase.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
Independently drives issues to closure, escalating to leadership as needed.
Assists in identifying process improvement opportunities and implements solutions.
Applies a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to make key decisions that are supported by facts.
Successfully multi-tasks across project and non-project assignments, delivering on time with direction on priority from QA Manager.
