**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- PO Creation-- Create Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system for the group vendors in a timely manner.
- Ensure all data is entered correctly, following procurement policies and standards.
- Work closely with vendors to confirm PO details, delivery timelines, and special requirements.

- Support the creation of new items in the ERP system to ensure that inventory and procurement data are up-to

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required item details for system input.
- Low Price Management-- Create and maintain low-price data for group vendor shipments using Excel spreadsheets.
- Analyze and ensure that the low-price targets are met while aligning with the company's budget and procurement strategies.
- Provide reports on price trends and potential cost-saving opportunities.

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
