LeadFreak helps businesses grow by finding new customers through personalized outreach, especially on LinkedIn. We work with B2B clients, particularly in the US, helping them reach their target audience through compelling content and data-driven strategies. We focus on generating high-quality leads without relying on ads.

About the role

Be the gatekeeper and operator for the Founder's Office. You will screen all calls and meetings, run HR operations end to end, and turn chaos into clean systems. You handle first pass on everything, then bring the founder in when your filter says it is worth his time.

You will

  • Gatekeep calendar, calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn inbox.
  • Run meeting prep, agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Drive task closure with owners and deadlines.
  • Own recruiting: JDs, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
  • Own HR ops: onboarding, payroll inputs, leave and attendance, documentation, basic compliance.
  • Keep discipline high: SLAs, reminders, nudges, and escalations.
  • Track anomalies and risks. Report weekly with fixes.
  • Maintain SOPs, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, and vendors.

What makes you a fit

  • 2 to 4 years as EA to a CXO or People Ops Generalist in a startup.
  • Sharp writer and note-taker. Clear, concise, and fast.
  • Assertive gatekeeper with high EQ and discretion.
  • Strong with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar, Slack, Notion, Zoom, LinkedIn.
  • Can build simple dashboards and trackers.
  • Comfortable with late evening calls when needed.

Nice to have

  • ATS experience.
  • Exposure to international clients.
  • Basic finance hygiene for payroll and reimbursements.

Schedule: 12 pm to 9 pm IST, with flexibility for US calls
