**Job Summary**:
Coordination with the Sales executive/TL/ASM to collect, verify the Vehicle’s post disbursal documents (PDD - Invoice, Insurance, Agreement, Vehicle Number, Cheque and Booklet).

**Skills -**
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Ops/Sales and internal team coordination.
- Should possess sound knowledge of MS excel and Google spreadsheet and moderate knowledge of MS word

and Google drive.
- Good communication skill to make a seamless coordination between Sales and Ops
- Fintech or automobile experience would be an extra advantage.

**Responsibilities -**
- Coordination with the Sales executive/TL/ASM to collect, verify the Vehicle’s post disbursal documents (PDD
- Invoice, Insurance, Agreement, Vehicle Number, Cheque and Booklet)
- Tracking the PDD to clear the pendency weekly and recording the receipt of the same on the system
- Assisting the field sales team for the fresh booklet distribution and documents collection
- Runner’s work alignment to clear the PDD backlog and NACH.
- Coordination between Sales and Ops on day to day basis to pass the customer disbursement status on real time.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
