**About the Role**: As a Gujarati-Speaking Annotator, you will contribute directly to the development and enhancement of state-of-the-art AI systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Labeling and categorizing Gujarati-language data.
- Reviewing and refining AI-generated text to ensure linguistic accuracy and fluency.
- Ensuring cultural relevance and contextual correctness in annotations.
- Adhering closely to project guidelines to maintain data consistency and quality.
- Regular communication and collaboration with an international team, primarily in English.

**Qualifications**:

- Native-level fluency in Gujarati (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficiency in English for clear communication and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality annotations.
- Ability to independently manage tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively follow project-specific guidelines.
- Previous experience in annotation, translation, linguistics, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
