**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Engagement: Call potential clients (leads provided by the team) and introduce Wendor’s vending machine solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update call outcomes in the system.
- Database Management: Keep lead and call data up to date using CRM tools.
- Customer Queries: Address basic queries from prospects and direct complex ones to the appropriate team members.
- Feedback Sharing: Provide insights from calls to help improve sales strategies and outreach.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience of 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or any client-facing role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi.
- Attitude: Energetic, persistent, and a quick learner with a positive attitude.
