**We're Hiring: Architect / Interior Designer**

**Location**: T. Nagar, Habibullah Road, Chennai

**Office Hours**:

- Base Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Usual Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- _Overtime paid per minute based on biometric logs_

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare architectural plans, working drawings, and 3D views
- Review and refine design drawings
- Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Oversee projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to define goals, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with the site team to provide necessary inputs and drawings
- Work closely with structural engineers for project integration

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**:

- Good understanding of architectural drawings and 3D views

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
