**Role Overview**:
As a Junior / Senior Architect, you will collaborate with senior professionals to design and execute innovative and functional spaces. Your responsibilities will encompass all project phases—from concept development to final execution—across residential sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Assist in creating architectural and interior design concepts, including mood boards, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop for design and visualization.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals effectively.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site assessments to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- **Documentation**: Prepare construction documents, specifications, and manage project files and records.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: 0-6 years in architectural or interior design roles in residential projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Preferred, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Design Acumen**: Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, material selection, and building codes.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
