**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to customer locations for service, inspections, and support.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for products and services.
- Collect feedback from customers and report findings to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, issues resolved, and follow-ups.
- Support the team in achieving operational and customer service goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Field Officer, Service Technician, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in [Languages required].
- Ability to travel [Daily/Regular travel of 80-100 km].
- Knowledge of [specific industry or product knowledge, e.g., water purifiers, solar panels, etc.].
- A valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler are mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
