We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Chat Support Executives for WhatsApp sales. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat interactions, promoting products, and driving sales on the WhatsApp platform.

**Responsibilities**:
Engage with customers through chat on WhatsApp, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with the sales process.

Proactively promote products and upsell/cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.

Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**:
Proven experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on chat support.

Familiarity with WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.

**Skills**:Excellent written communication skills.

Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Technology:
Proficiency in using chat support tools and CRM systems.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.

Availability:
Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
