**Qualification: Any Graduation**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan and supervise creative projects for team FUEL-
- Oversee projects and drive them from idea to execution.-
- Ensure brand TOV, creative guidelines & quality standards are maintained across all pieces of work.-
- Work in collaboration with a team of designers and copywriters to develop design concepts, gather information, discuss ideas and drive execution.-
- Be adept at managing creative projects, plan timelines and ensure seamless workflow management of team FUEL.-
- Help redBus witness growth in creative storytelling, brand’s online & offline presence and user trust.-
- Creative writing skills in Hindi & English.-
- Be fluent in ideating & writing in both the languages.-
- Be it writing a poem in Hindi, or thinking of a campaign idea for the Bharat traveller, should be proficient in the language.-
- Should have prior experience in crafting social media content for a brand.-
- Proven understanding and skills in creative storytelling, social content, ideating brand campaigns and cracking user insights.-
- An Analytical Thinker - have previous experience in driving digital campaigns and ideas on offline mediums too.-
- A Clear Communicator - A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style, both written & verbal, and ability to understand briefs and convey it to the creative team seamlessly.
