**Job Title**: District Coordinator - Aadhaar Project
**Location**: Akola
**Reports To**: Project Manager
**Job Summary**:
The District Coordinator will manage and oversee Aadhaar enrolment and update activities in the Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring compliance with UIDAI guidelines. The role involves supervising enrolment centers, managing teams, and liaising with local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise enrolment canters and ensure operations follow UIDAI standards.
- Manage and train enrolment staff and resolve on-ground challenges.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Prepare regular reports on enrolment activities and resolve data discrepancies.
- Ensure infrastructure, equipment, and resources are maintained across centers.
- Conduct public outreach campaigns to promote Aadhaar enrolment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in management/public admin).
- 3-5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in public sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Aadhaar processes is an advantage.

This job includes traveling at multiple locations across Akola.

Pay: ₹13,007.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
