**Job Title: MIS Executive (Travel Industry)**

**Location**: Dadar Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Develop and maintain databases related to travel operations, including bookings, customer data, and financial transactions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on travel operations, sales performance, and customer trends. Analyze data to identify patterns, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- **System Management**: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of MIS tools and software relevant to the travel industry. Ensure systems are optimized for efficiency and meet the needs of various departments.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to travel operations. Provide actionable insights to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements within MIS operations and travel-related processes. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all MIS activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation and records for auditing and compliance purposes.
- **Training & Support**: Provide training and support to team members on MIS tools and data management practices. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to MIS systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A certification in MIS or Data Analysis is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in an MIS role, with a background in the travel industry preferred. Experience with travel management systems, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MIS software, databases (e.g., SQL), and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Familiarity with travel industry-specific software and tools is advantageous.
