Roles & Responsibilities:

- Managing Sprints and prepare 7 major Metrix Sprint Reports
- Clear articulation of project constraints, risks, and plans to all levels of audiences.
- To work in the offshore onsite model and be the communication channel for the same.
- Coordinate with PMO or Project Managers in executing the plan as drafted.
- Highlight the hit & miss of the team.
- Identify key challenges and implement the right processes/ methodologies/tools to fix the gap.
- Improve team efficiency by cutting down un-productive activities.
- Play as key note-taker on all scrum meetings and ensure the outcome of meetings are addressed.
- Facilities the team with all requirements in achieving the goal.
- Coordinating with PMO/Project Manager on all project management activities.
- Review the team goals and achievements periodically.
- Implement corrective, preventive actions with help of SCCB/CCB
- Identify the improvements/feasible automations and report to PMO/project manager periodically.
- Measure the team and project success end of every project.
