**Job Description: English Teacher**
**Location**: Samashti International School, Hyderabad

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum standards.
- Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage student participation.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Incorporate modern teaching methods, including technology and creative techniques, to enhance learning.
- Organize co-curricular activities, such as debates, literary competitions, and storytelling, to enrich language learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive academic plan.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or related field with a B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE/IB schools.
- Proficiency in English language with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
