Instructional Responsibilities
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop detailed lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives, covering areas such as grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and literature.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver engaging and effective instruction, using a variety of teaching methods to address different learning styles and abilities.
- **Reading and Literature**: Introduce students to a wide range of literature, including classic and contemporary works, poetry, plays, and novels, to enhance their reading skills and literary appreciation.
- **Writing and Composition**: Teach students the principles of good writing, including grammar, punctuation, structure, and style, and guide them through various forms of writing such as essays, research papers, creative writing, and reports.
- **Critical Thinking and Analysis**: Encourage students to think critically and analyze texts, fostering skills in interpretation, inference, and argumentation.

Student Assessment
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer tests, quizzes, essays, and other assessment tools to measure students' understanding and progress.

Professional Development

Student Support
