**Role Overview**:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. The role involves managing manpower, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring timely completion of tasks on site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor all construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Manage and allocate labor and subcontractors for daily tasks.
- Maintain daily site records including attendance, work progress, and material consumption.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate with the Store/Purchase department for timely availability.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at the site.
- Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager/Site Engineer.
- Assist in resolving site-level technical and operational problems.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants/clients as required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Civil background preferred).
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
- 3-7 years of site supervision experience in **building construction projects**.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage manpower and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/ERP software (preferred).

Pay: ₹22,750.46 - ₹30,000.96 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Industrial Construction: 5 years (preferred)
