**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Brand Design**:Develop compelling visual designs for marketing materials, websites, and digital products that align with the brand's identity and resonate with target audiences.

**UX Design**: Create intuitive user experiences by designing user interfaces and interactions that enhance usability and engagement across digital platforms.

**Project Management**: Lead design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

**Client Engagement**: Engage with international clients, particularly in the UK and USA, to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions that meet global standards.

**Cultural Sensitivity**: Incorporate Western cultural nuances into design processes to ensure relevance and appeal in international markets.

**Qualifications**

**Experience**:At least 5 years of experience in brand and UX design, preferably within an agency setting that has serviced multiple startups.

**Portfolio**:A strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in brand and UX design with evidence of work delivered to international clients.

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.

**Cultural Understanding**: Deep understanding of Western cultural aesthetics and design principles.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
