We are looking for a Facebook Ads Expert to join our talented team and drive measurable growth through Facebook advertising.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Creation and Management**: Plan, create, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- **Targeting & Segmentation**: Use Facebook’s advanced targeting options to reach the right audience based on demographics, behaviors, and interests.
- **Ad Performance Analysis**: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results, including cost-per-click (CPC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **A/B Testing**: Implement A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize ad performance.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to improve campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team to design engaging ad visuals and copy that resonate with the audience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of other social media platforms is a plus.
- Experience in **Ecommerce Ads** is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
