Experience/ skills required:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field ispreferred. Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles within the financialservices industry, particularly in any asset management company, investment platform orbrokerage firm, is highly desirable. Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment products and financialmarkets. Familiarity with asset classes such as mutual funds, stocks and deposits isadvantageous. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the abilityto articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Active listening skills andempathy are crucial for effectively addressing client needs. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clientinquiries, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. Ability to handle multipletasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using investment platforms and customerrelationship management (CRM) software. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel,Outlook) is expected.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,590.94 - ₹22,726.10 per month
