Position: Special Educator (ASD)

Location: Kottayam, Kerala

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with autism, focusing on their specific strengths, needs, and learning styles.
- Provide direct instruction and support in various areas, including academics, communication, social skills, behavior management, and daily living skills.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to promote the overall development and independence of children with autism.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, parents, and caregivers, to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education and well-being.
- Assess and monitor the progress of students, adjusting teaching strategies and interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of student progress, interventions, and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (ASD).
- Experience in working with children on the autism spectrum.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for autism education.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the unique needs of children with autism.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
