**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Edit and assemble raw footage into a cohesive final product, ensuring a seamless flow, pacing, and visual impact.**:

- **Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and contribute ideas to enhance video quality.**:

- **Incorporate appropriate music, sound effects, and visual effects to elevate the overall viewing experience.**:

- **Edit and tailor videos for different platforms and optimize content for each format, such as social media, websites, and presentations.**:

- **Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.**:

- **Organize video assets, maintain a proper file structure, and ensure easy access for future use.**:

- **Collaborate with post-production team members, including motion graphics artists and graphic designers, to ensure seamless integration of all elements.**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience of 2+ years as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio or showreel.**:

- **Must have Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Experience in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.**:

- **Solid understanding of video editing techniques, storytelling, transitions, and visual effects, color correction, grading, and audio editing techniques.**:

- **Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and compression settings for various platforms.**:

- **Ability to tailor content for digital platforms, including social media.**:

- **Strong attention to detail and adherence to project requirements.**:

- **Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.**:

- **Understanding of copyright and licensing regulations related to video and music assets.**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in film production, multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.**:
