**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Edit photos and videos to enhance quality, color, and composition.

2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and storytelling strategies.

3. Ensure consistency in style and branding across all visual content.

4. Retouch images and footage as needed to meet project requirements.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photo and video editing techniques.

6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

7. Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and requirements.

8. Organize and maintain a library of raw footage, images, and edited files.

**Requirements**:

- 1. Proven experience as a photo and video editor or similar role.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

3. Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.

4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

7. Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling.

8. Bachelor’s degree in photography, film, visual arts, or related field (preferred).
