Job Title: Marketing Executive (MBA Fresher)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. This position is ideal for recent MBA graduates looking to kick-start their career in marketing. As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing fresh ideas and insights.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative marketing approaches.

Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

**Requirements**:
Recent MBA graduate with a focus on Marketing or related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
