Job Summary: As a Principal Architect at Outlook Designheed Consultants, you will oversee architectural projects from concept to completion, with expertise in managing government projects. This role demands a blend of creative vision, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to handle both site and office responsibilities. You will ensure project success by leading teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, and maintaining high standards of design, sustainability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of architects, trainees, and design professionals.
- Oversee architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client needs, regulations, and government project requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination between office and site teams.
- Act as the primary client liaison, presenting concepts and addressing feedback professionally.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and address challenges.
- Promote innovative and sustainable design practices in all projects.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and adherence to regulatory standards. Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture
- Experience: 10+ years, with a strong portfolio of residential, commercial, and government projects.
- Skills: Proficient in CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit), exceptional leadership, and strong client communication.
- Experience in managing both office-based design processes and on-site project execution. Compensation:

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
