**1. Content Writing and Creation** - Develop creative, innovative, and interactive content for the company’s social media platforms. - Prepare content calendars with engaging ideas aligned with the PEB industry. - Create video-based content, including scripting, shooting, and editing videos independently. 2. Digital Marketing Management - Supervise the hired agency and ensure timely delivery of monthly social media content calendars. Coordinate approvals for monthly and festive calendars from directors. - Update the company website with festive and office event details. - Analyze digital performance reports for social media (on-page and off-page SEO) and the website. 3. Project Management and Documentation - Maintain and update the Google Drive with segregated project data. - Manage photography and videography for projects, including R&D for professionals and their quotations. - Schedule and coordinate site photography/videography with site engineers and photographers/videographers. 4. Lead Management - Follow up on marketing leads and ensure accurate updates in the CRM. - Coordinate with project heads for lead status and feedback. 5. Client Relations and Testimonials - Plan and execute client testimonial shoots and videography. - Collect written and video reviews from clients and consultants. 6. Exhibition and Giveaway R&D - Conduct research for upcoming exhibitions in the PEB industry and suggest participation as visitors or exhibitors. - Research, budget, and procure client giveaways. 7. Vendor Coordination - Ensure timely signing of bills and track payment pendencies. - Maintain good vendor relations for all marketing and photography needs. **2.Desirable Skills** 1. Video Content Production - Strong skills in video editing software and video production techniques. - Knowledge of creating compelling visual content tailored for social media platforms. 2. Creative and Innovative Thinking - Ability to conceptualize unique ideas for social media campaigns. - Understanding of audience engagement strategies in the PEB industry. 3. Technical Skills - Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and content management platforms. - Familiarity with SEO and social media analytics tools. 4. Team Coordination - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with agencies, vendors, and team members. - Efficient calendar management for shoots, content approvals, and client visits. 5. Business Development Support - Ability to prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, leads, and project progress. - R&D for expanding business opportunities via exhibitions or new marketing strategies. Organizational and Time Management Skills - Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. - Attention to detail for content accuracy and data organization. 2. Role-Specific Requirements - Flexibility to visit client sites for testimonials or other business needs. - Ability to handle approvals and reviews from senior management. **3.
