**About Us**:
We are a growing and dynamic company looking for an enthusiastic **Female Social Media Executive** to join our team. If you have a passion for social media, enjoy engaging with people, and want to build a long-term career in digital marketing, this role is perfect for you No prior experience is required, as we will provide full training on managing social media accounts, creating posts and stories, running Meta and Google ads, and other aspects of digital marketing.

While speaking English fluently is not mandatory, a good understanding of English is important for handling content, captions, and research. This role is ideal for someone who loves being active on social media and enjoys community engagement and content strategy.

1. Managing Social Media Accounts
2. Research & Content Strategy
3. Publishing Engaging Posts & Stories
4. Running & Managing Ads (Training Provided)
5. Building Community & Brand Engagement
6. Connecting with Industry Influencers & Collaborators
7. Analyzing Performance & Improving Strategies

**Required Skills & Qualities**:
**1. Personality & Attitude**:

- Must be **bold, dynamic, and extroverted** - someone who loves interacting with people.
- Passionate about social media, creativity, and online trends.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Long-term commitment and dedication to the role.

**2. Communication Skills**:

- Must be comfortable interacting with people online and offline.
- Understanding of English is necessary for content handling (fluency in speaking is not required).
- Basic knowledge of Hindi or local languages is a plus.

**3. Basic Digital Skills (Training Provided)**:

- Familiarity with using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Interest in learning social media marketing, paid ads, and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or willingness to learn for designing posts.
