Telesales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database.
- Explain TradeIndia’s services and digital packages to clients and persuade them to list their business or upgrade to paid services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer customized solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion ratios.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM tools.
- Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle objections or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and campaign feedback.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of telesales experience, preferably in B2B/e-commerce industry.
- Strong communication and convincing skills (both English & Hindi).
- Basic understanding of online marketing and business listing platforms.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred).
- Prior experience in selling digital solutions or subscription-based services.
