**What do you need to bring to the**‘pitch’**:

- **
Experience**: 1-3 years as a Product Designer with a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for mobile and web platforms.
- ** Design Mastery**: Proficiency in information architecture, feature definition, interaction design, user interface creation and prototyping.
- ** Creative Eye**: Strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to create visually compelling designs.
- ** User Understanding**: A deep grasp of user psychology and behavior to design solutions that truly resonate.
- ** Tech Proficiency**: Working knowledge of iOS & Android’s Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
- ** Market Awareness**: A keen understanding of current trends and the ability to incorporate them into design solutions.
- ** Detail Orientation**: Precision and diligence in every design element, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- ** Adaptability**: An attitude of constant learning, growth, and a willingness to expand your skill set.

**Your Mission**:

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand design requirements.
- Create user-centric designs by developing storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Define features, craft intuitive user interfaces, and optimize processes.
- Incorporate customer feedback, usability insights, and usage metrics to refine and enhance the user experience.
- Design engaging visuals for social media campaigns and promotional content.
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies to keep CricHeroes ahead of the curve.
