We’re looking for a bright, talented Product Designer who is passionate about brilliant customer experiences and knows how to make them happen. The impact and scope of this role are huge, and you’ll be a key contributor to our continued success as we shape the future of the sales engagement platform. We're building products toward eliminating manual processes and helping companies generate more replies / book more meetings / generate leads (faster).

**What you will be doing?**:

- You'll be embedded in a cross-functional Product Design squad, responsible for key design artefacts, and led by a user-centric design approach.
- You'll work closely with Design Lead and support building new features for the product to deliver a delightful user experience.
- You'll create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- You'll gain a deep understanding of the persona you're designing for, so that we can create products that make the lives of salespeople easier.
- You’ll use the Saleshandy Design System to create experiences that align with usage guidelines and specifications for standards, components, and patterns in Figma and keep the user experience consistent and world-class.

**You Should..**:

- Have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a UX or Product Design role, designing and optimising SaaS products.
- Be an ideal team player, who is self-motivated and flexible to the challenges of designing amazing brand experiences.
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and good in oral and written communication.
- Have demonstrable proficiency in Figma.
- Have the ability to explain WHY
- Be very strong in articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, multiple use cases, and edge cases.
- Be Flexible to constantly iterate.
- Be very granular with an “eye for detail”.
- Be “customer-obsessed”
- Have a keen interest in the user experience.
- Be good enough to understand the problem and create user-centred, effective solutions.
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and good in oral and written communication.
- Have a well-crafted portfolio that effectively showcases your key skills.
- Be Passionate about delivering world-class user experiences and committed to excellence in your work.
