**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Computer Systems Management:

- Manage and maintain all computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality.
- Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and operating systems as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Provide technical support and assistance to store employees regarding computer-related queries and problems.

2. Network Administration:

- Oversee and maintain the local area networks (LANs) across all store locations.
- Configure and manage network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and implement measures to ensure optimal connectivity and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems and security breaches.

3. CCTV Systems Management:

- Manage and maintain the CCTV systems installed across all store locations.
- Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV cameras, recording devices, and storage systems.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance on CCTV equipment to prevent malfunctions.
- Retrieve and provide recorded footage as required for security or investigative purposes.

4. Inventory Management and Procurement:

- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Identify and recommend the procurement of new IT equipment or upgrades as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the purchase and timely delivery of IT resources.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Document IT procedures, policies, and guidelines for internal reference and training purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures taken.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of IT systems, network performance, and CCTV operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT support, network administration, and CCTV system management.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking technologies.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, installation, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
