**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate **digital printing machines** to print designs on T-shirts with high precision.
- **Inspect prints** for quality control and troubleshoot any printing issues.
- **Prepare and fold** T-shirts neatly before packing.
- **Pack orders** according to company guidelines for shipment.
- Use **Photoshop and print software** to adjust designs, resize, and prepare artwork for printing.
- Maintain and **clean printing equipment** regularly to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage **inventory of T-shirts, prints, and packaging materials** to avoid shortages.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in digital printing** (DTG, DTF, or similar methods).
- Familiarity with **heat press, transfer printing, and garment handling**.
- **Basic Photoshop skills** for editing print files.
- Ability to **troubleshoot print quality issues** and make necessary adjustments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Physically capable of handling printing tasks, folding, and packing efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in **apparel printing or custom T-shirt production**.
- Knowledge of **color management and print resolution settings**.
- Experience with **print software like RIP software, AccuRIP, or FlexiPRINT**.
