**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports aspects of process automation engagements including requirement gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement while adhering to firmwide standards and controls
- Contributes to implementation of the operational automation strategy which can involve intelligence automation tools and contributes to identification advanced capabilities to deliver benefits from operational automation.
- Works with technology to create required infrastructure to support the capability of low code automation.
- Gather and document components including data attributes, data lineage, and business / transformation logic.
- Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit testing, documentation, and maintenance as appropriate.
- Utilizes intelligent automation solutions which allow team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, streamlining of operational processes, etc.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Higher Degree
- Elevated understanding of skills including business analysis, designing, development, testing, and deployment
- Awareness of Agile Framework
- Experience in Code interrogation and Data Lineage Mapping
- 5+ years of experience and proven ability to gather/analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Tech Focussed and intermediate experience with programming languages - SQL, Java, Python, DevGPT
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Alteryx, UiPath and Tableau
- Ability to use analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate unstructured situations.
