**Reports To**: Pre-Primary Coordinator

To assist the Main Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for Children.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities aligned with the curriculum.
- Help children with day-to-day needs, including hygiene, meals, and transitions.
- Observe and document children’s progress and report observations to the Main Teacher.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Support in preparing teaching aids, displays, and other learning resources.
- Encourage children’s independence, curiosity, and love for learning.
- Ensure adherence to child safety, school policies, and classroom routines.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior with empathy and positive reinforcement.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- B.Ed/NTT
- Relevant certification in Early Childhood Care & Education (preferred).
- Prior experience working with young children in a school or daycare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Work Schedule**:

- 8 to 3PM (Monday to Friday)
- 2&4th Saturday OFF

Location - Chrysalis High,Kadugodi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
