**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries and updates.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain and update client databases using CRM tools.
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in the interior, architecture, or design industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 2 years (required)
- Customer relationship management: 2 years (required)
